The Fibrax LX pads are suitable for classic V‑Brake and cantilever systems. Their design allows direct installation on many aluminium threaded mounts, making them compatible with a wide range of V‑Brake frames and wheels for mountain bikes, children’s bikes or urban use.
The pair is supplied with a threaded stud and is mounted with a 5 mm Allen key. Installation is simple: remove the old pad, position the new one, screw in and adjust angle and height for optimal contact with the rim.
The rubber compound and the aluminium braking surface provide reliable and predictable braking in all weather conditions, with even wear. To maintain performance, clean the rim and check wear regularly.
Rotate the pads periodically to optimise wear and check positioning. Tighten to the optimal setting, then test braking before each ride. Suitable for workshop and professional use thanks to easy replacement.
