The Apollo V (22FAPV0000) by Fluid Rower by First Degree Fitness is a water rowing machine, ideal for beginners and ambitious athletes who want to improve their fitness and performance at home. Rowing is an excellent form of strength and endurance training, engaging approximately 85% of all muscles in the body. Water provides an optimal form of resistance for a realistic rowing experience. The great advantage of water resistance is that it responds dynamically to the force applied by the user during each stroke. In addition, the water volume can be adjusted across 5 levels using the patented two-chamber tank system. This allows the base resistance to be adapted to different users and fitness levels, making the machine perfect for family use. The Apollo V's training console can be connected via Bluetooth to the Fluid Connect app, Kinomap and an optional chest strap. The tank unit is supported by a steel frame. The two guide rails, along which the ball-bearing rowing seat glides, are made of American ash wood and are exceptionally sturdy.
