The professional Fluid Rower Viking Pro V + SPH (22FVKPV0ST, including phone holder) by First Degree Fitness is made of solid American ash and combines design, quality and durability with a genuine rowing feel.
Rowing is the ideal workout for strengthening the core muscles, training and increasing endurance, and is suitable for athletes of all abilities and ages. In addition, the use of so many muscle groups means that calorie consumption during training is correspondingly high. Another advantage of rowing is that there is no impact on the joints and spine.
The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V + SPH rowing machine is manufactured by rowing machine specialists First Degree Fitness in solid wood construction. The upper frame of the rowing machine is made from a single piece of wood. No screw connections. The individual running rails are also made from a single piece. The wood is ash from renewable sources in the USA. Like all rowing machines from First Degree Fitness, the Viking Pro V impresses with its high quality and sensational pulling performance.
The Viking Pro V + SPH indoor rower is an extremely robust, stable and durable piece of fitness equipment. Designed for commercial use in gyms. Designed for weights of up to 150 kg.
The belt drive of the First Degree Fitness Viking Pro V enables a realistic rowing motion and is durable, smooth-running, quiet, clean and maintenance-free. The extra-long pull rope enables a very fast return and, as a result, a high stroke rate. The ergonomically shaped handlebar of the Viking Pro Plus V offers a good grip and a high level of training comfort. The large footplate has footrests with heel supports. The footrests can be easily and quickly adjusted to the individual shoe size. The heel support of the Viking Pro V optimises the rowing motion. Adjustable straps secure the feet. Thanks to precision ball bearings, the comfortable rowing seat glides smoothly and quietly along the rails. The raised seating position allows users to get on and off comfortably.
After training, the First Degree Fitness Viking Pro V rowing machine can be raised to save space. The integrated transport rollers allow the rowing machine to be rolled away quickly and comfortably.
The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V features a water tank with a robust polycarbonate shell and a new paddle system. Thanks to the new system, the Viking Pro V rowing machine offers instant, evenly strong pull resistance throughout the entire cycle and 15% higher maximum resistance compared to the previous model.
Water is the lifelike element of the rower. The Viking Pro V rowing machine works with this very element, using water as training resistance. The basic resistance can be adjusted manually using a rotary knob. The resistance no longer needs to be regulated by the amount of water in the tank. The rower's individual effort is added to the basic resistance. The harder the rower pulls, the higher the resistance.
