However, the Extremity SD version has several new key features that enhance every aspect of the reel. One of the biggest improvements is the introduction of the Speed Drag system, which allows you to adjust the drag from locked to released in just half a turn, perfect for battling hard-fighting fish. Like the previous versions, the new SDs are made using the reliable Worm Drive system. This gives you confidence when retrieving heavy feeders, no matter the distance.
