High-capacity 8L gravity water filter with a durable membrane microfilter for basecamp and group hydration. The large, leak-proof cap makes filling and cleaning simple, and a smaller plug cap seals the outlet for safe storage. The optimized cartridge resists clogging from sand and silt and delivers a high flow rate, while the re-engineered membrane and included backwash accessory extend performance. Versatile use — hang from a tree or RV for hands-free dispensing, or remove the filter to use as a personal straw with a bottle. Protection against bacteria, parasites, microplastics, silt and cloudiness — membrane pore size 0.2 micron, rated up to 2,000 litres lifetime (flow will stop when filter reaches end of life). Meets US EPA & NSF P231 standards for bacterial and parasitic removal. Made from BPA-free, FDA-approved premium materials, resistant to punctures and tears. Includes 1.2 m hose with standard quick connector, carabiner, leak-proof storage cap, carry strap, backwash accessory and user manual. Dimensions 35.6 x 59.7 cm, weight 536 g.
