The HIT N MOVE® Groin Guard is a groin protector built around a documented problem in boxing gyms: standard groin guards are too heavy, too stiff and too bulky. They ride up during fast movement, block high knee raises in Muay Thai and kickboxing, and create resistance that slows down pivots and combinations. HIT N MOVE designed theirs as thin and light as possible while maintaining full coverage of the groin, hips and lower abdomen. The flexible structure follows body movement without creating pressure points, allowing the fighter to punch, slip and move without adjusting equipment between rounds. Available in Black and White. The adjustable strap system fits all body types — men and women — without in-session repositioning. The coverage width protects the lateral hip zones often exposed during knee strikes or clinch work, in addition to the central protection. The guard rolls up easily for storage and transport in a sports bag, simplifying logistics between training sessions and competitions. It is compatible with boxing gloves, MMA gloves and Muay Thai gloves without any restriction of movement. The design philosophy is the same as for the entire HIT N MOVE range: protective equipment must never slow down the fighter. A bulky groin guard forces you to mentally adjust your position every round — the HIT N MOVE guard should disappear from your awareness the moment it is in place, so you can focus entirely on technique and sparring. Standard groin guards are too stiff and bulky to follow the body during fast movement. When you pivot, raise your knee or take a lateral step, the guard resists the movement and shifts upward. The HIT N MOVE guard uses flexible padding that adapts to body movement without generating that resistance. It holds its position without extra straps or adjustment between rounds. Is the HIT N MOVE groin guard suitable for women? Yes. The HIT N MOVE Groin Guard is designed for both men and women. The adjustable straps allow a precise fit for all body types. Women get the same hip and lower abdomen coverage without pinching risk. The structural flexibility is particularly useful for combat sports with high hip mobility such as Muay Thai and kickboxing. How do I choose the right size? Measure waist circumference at belt height (where you would wear a trouser belt) and consult the HIT N MOVE size guide. The adjustable straps allow fine-tuning once the base size is selected, giving some adjustment margin if you fall between two sizes. Is the HIT N MOVE groin guard suitable for Muay Thai and kickboxing? Yes. The thin, lightweight construction was developed with Muay Thai high knee raises and kicks in mind — two movements that lock up in overly stiff standard guards. The flexible structure allows full hip range of motion without resistance or pinching during leg techniques. Can this guard be used with MMA or Muay Thai gloves? Yes. The HIT N MOVE Groin Guard is compatible with boxing gloves, MMA gloves and Muay Thai gloves. Its slim profile and low weight do not interfere with arm movement or striking. It can be used in sparring and competition subject to the regulations of the relevant discipline. Where to buy the HIT N MOVE Groin Guard in Switzerland?
