Very lightweight half and double rope with extremely low impact force. This provides advantages in places where protection is not ideal, especially in ice, mixed, or classic mountain routes. As with any half or double rope, it is very lightweight and easy to handle. This is another rope from Beal, made with UniCORE technology, which connects the sheath and core into one unit, significantly increasing safety in case of sheath abrasion. Use: ice, mixed, mountains. Ropes with UniCORE technology offer up to three times longer lifespan than ropes of standard construction. Length: 60 m. Golden Dry impregnation of the core and sheath extends the rope's lifespan and improves handling and safety in wet conditions. The French company BEAL has been developing top climbing ropes in collaboration with leading climbers since 1976, when the foundations of the BEAL-LAB development laboratory were laid.
