The new Ironmaster Ultimate Row Handle (IM3100) features a specially engineered design that combines the benefits of many different types of rowing exercises in one versatile attachment. It is not only an excellent handle for heavy barbell rows, but also works exceptionally well with cable systems for lat pulldowns. The dual-adjustable handles offer both standard and neutral grip options in a wide range of widths. This accessory is compatible with the IM1500 and IM2000 Smith Machines, as well as the Cable Tower.
The heavy-duty handle is designed for use with a 50 mm Olympic barbell. We recommend attaching the handle to the barbell before adding weight plates. The handles can be adjusted to narrower or wider positions to target muscles differently, with both standard and neutral grip options. The 15-degree angle of the square bar positions the handles at an ideal angle and provides excellent freedom of movement.
For cable training, a central hook attachment is integrated into the bar. This allows the Ultimate Row Handle to also be used as a lat pulldown bar.
