All Seatylock products come with a 6-month original warranty, which extends to 3 years when the customer registers their keys on the Seatylock website.
To claim the warranty, the customer must register their key numbers on the Seatylock website:
On each Seatylock key set, there is a label with two codes: a code A and a code B. These codes are necessary for registering the key and claiming the warranty, and they are very important. Registering the key numbers also allows for a duplicate of the keys to be created if they are lost.
