Measure head circumference horizontally about 2.5 cm above the eyebrows and choose the corresponding size: XXS-S (46–52 cm), M-L (52–58 cm) or XL-XXL (58–63 cm). For intermediate sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size and use the supplied pads for an optimal fit.
