The ASICS GT-2000 10 is a running shoe designed for runners with a neutral to overpronating stride who are looking for stability, cushioning and responsiveness. It is particularly suitable for training on roads and paved paths.
The midsole combines FlyteFoam and FlyteFoam Propel to provide a lightweight feel, effective cushioning and dynamic energy return. The GEL system in the forefoot and heel helps absorb shock during impact and toe-off.
The LiteTruss technology provides additional support on the medial side of the foot, helping promote a more stable stride and control overpronation. The 3D Space construction improves midsole compression and contributes to a more dynamic stride.
The mesh upper provides flexibility, comfort and a secure fit, while the AHAR+ and Lite Rubber outsole offers good durability and reliable traction.
