They are specially designed for skiers and ski mountaineers who prioritize speed. The crampons are essential for safety during technical ascents and carries on steep, icy slopes. At the same time, athletes don’t want to carry an extra gram in order to move even faster and more efficiently. The ten-point crampons DNA are made entirely of aluminium and can be folded compactly, making them easy to store in any backpack. A very practical feature is that there is no difference between the left and right crampon, eliminating the need to think about which one to put on. Adapting to the corresponding sole length (260 to 333mm) is a piece of cake and can be done in a blink of an eye, without any tools. The crampons attach quickly to ski touring boots. Thanks to steel cables, they provide a firm and reliable grip on ice and wind-blown snow. The DNA crampons come standard in a fully automatic version. However, if needed, they can be quickly and easily converted to a semi-automatic version using a front spring. Additionally, it's possible to attach an anti-balling plate at the front points.
