The cannon arch with a tongue passage has a unique flattened shape that provides optimal space for the tongue. Many horses respond with better relaxation and increased chewing. However, this bit is also very suitable for players, the horses that try to slide their tongue over the bit, as the arch effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is therefore perfect for horses that do not tolerate conventional shaped bits well due to the pressure on the tongue, reacting especially by shaking their heads. The moulded junction between the mouthpiece and the rings prevents any pinching of the lips while stabilising the lateral support of the bit. This type of bit is particularly suitable for working with young horses. Bit for ambitious amateurs and professionals. The bit factory beris located in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein was established after many years of activity in bit manufacturing, with all the experience, craftsmanship and passion for riding that this entails. In short: it is the result of our love for horses. beris is committed to caring for the sensitive mouths of horses. From the ring of the bit to the sophisticated lateral part, each metal piece is formed, welded and finely polished by hand. The new type of machining of the mouthpiece also ensures better acceptance and facilitates moderate communication between the rider and their mount. The mouthpieces beris are attractive due to their food-grade synthetic material, as well as their surface and finish which reach a quality level never seen before in this field. Their surface is particularly smooth and slides well in the mouth, even in horses that salivate little. Almost all horses appreciate the mouthpieces beris. They play, chew more and willingly engage with the bit. It is a true artisan craft Germany. Height of the arch: 30 mm. Thickness of the bit: 18 mm.
