This high-quality single-cut olive bit is made of solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy composed of 89% copper, 7% aluminium, 3% iron and 1% zinc. The material's oxidation process spreads a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a smooth, even pressure distribution. The combination of Cuprigan's design and unique composition help stimulate chewing and salivation, resulting in a delicate bond with the horse's sensitive mouth. The bit has a gentle action in the mouth. The thickness of the canon is 16 mm and the diameter of the oval bit washers is 55 mm. An olive bit has rings that cannot rotate freely, so the aids have a more direct action. This type of bit is generally well accepted, as the canon is relatively fixed in the mouth.
