Power sled training, previously limited to outdoors or needing extra equipment, can now be performed on this treadmill. Push or pull using the adjustable core bar, which can be set loose for added resistance or fixed for stability. Bungee resistance bands increase intensity.
Measure your strength and push your limits
5 sled programs: training by time, distance, manual, personal, and a strength test (30–120 sec at max resistance, displaying power and distance). Rings on the back allow for resistance band attachments for further challenge.
