The Polar H10 delivers highly accurate heart rate monitoring with extensive connectivity for training, studio and pool sessions. It pairs with Polar watches and trackers via Bluetooth, works with popular fitness apps and compatible gym equipment, and supports ANT+ devices. Connect the H10 to two Bluetooth devices at once (for example a Polar watch plus a bike computer), and run Bluetooth and ANT+ simultaneously for maximum flexibility.
The H10 includes a soft textile Polar Pro Strap with improved electrodes and a secure buckle for stable, interference-free measurements. It is waterproof to 30 m and transfers swim heart rate in water using 5 kHz transmission. Use it with the free Polar Beat app for real-time heart rate on your phone, or record sessions on the H10 and sync data afterwards.
