Its stand can be filled with water or sand and it features a durable punching ball. When filled, the Pro Flex weighs approx. 44 kg and can safely withstand harder blows. The central, 8-cm-long spring perfectly absorbs the punches. It also ensures a fast rebound in all directions. This prompts the boxer to react quickly, therefore effectively training their reaction and punching power.
