The Reebok Deck Blue is an extremely versatile platform suitable for various training types and can also function as a bench with flat, decline, and incline backrest adjustments. The backrest can be positioned in four different angles, and the platform height can be adjusted to either 20 or 35 cm. With over 20 different configurations, this single piece of equipment allows for a multitude of exercises. To help you get started, a scan-to-train QR code provides access to free online workout videos.
The platform features a multi-textured workout surface that enhances grip and offers superior cushioning for comfort, while the visual target zones serve as reference points for improved form and smoother transitions. Ribbed side panels ensure maximum traction along the outer edges, making it excellent for stepping, jumping, lunging, as well as sitting and lying down during weightlifting exercises. Additionally, twelve slip-resistant rubber feet on the base help absorb shock and provide a stable workout surface.
The deck is equipped with built-in attachment points, allowing for the connection of resistance tubes (not included) to both the feet and backrest. It also includes an internal storage compartment, ideal for keeping smaller accessories organised.
The maximum load capacity is 150 kg / 330 lb, and it is available in a Blue/Black colour scheme.
