RITCHEY COMP BEACON XL HANDLEBAR
Ritchey Comp Beacon bicycle handlebar with a wide 36° flare, short reach and shallow drop.
Sold and shipped by Sports LAB
The ergonomic evolution of Ritchey handlebars expands even further with the revolutionary Beacon XL. In addition to its super-wide 36° drop flare, its most striking feature is its width. Beyond the unparalleled ergonomic comfort and stability offered by this dramatic flare and extra width, it also provides ample clearance for the handlebars. When riding downhill, the Beacon doubles down on comfort with an 80mm drop and a shorter reach than usual. The Ergo-aero top section offers ample support for your hands and is slightly angled back for a more comfortable hand position when climbing.
The Beacon XL's unconventional aesthetic belies its comfort and practicality. Inspired by the world of touring and adding a touch of practicality, the Beacon allows for easy hand transitions around the handlebars without compromising the bike's handling when loaded with all the gear that now fits on the handlebars. The smooth shifting of hand position allows the body to stretch and move while keeping the bike stable.
Ideal for adventure touring and bikepacking, on asphalt or gravel trails—or even for urban riding—the one-of-a-kind Beacon XL delivers a whole new level of comfort and control.
