The CX302 is the ultimate climbing shoe, lightweight without sacrificing comfort, secure fit, or power transfer. Made with Clarino microfiber, double BOA® Li2 dials, and the handmade CFC 3K carbon fibre sole from Lake, you have a cycling slipper that weighs an incredible 195 grams (size 44, excluding insole). CX/TX Race Last - Features a slightly narrower toe box and a tighter heel than the Competition last, with less overall volume than the Sport last. Designed for very high cadence pedalling with a slimmer fit. The wide version offers an additional 15 mm of volume at the forefoot. 100% carbon fibre Lake Race sole. Available with a 3-hole cleat pattern. The CX302 uses the patented double sole system of Lake. The insole is a semi-flexible carbon fibre platform that allows the foot to have some flexibility at the footbed, where the foot tends to swell and where hot spots or numbness would typically occur. The insole is suspended above the rigid carbon outer sole. This system allows us to use an extremely stiff carbon outer sole without sacrificing ride comfort. Clarino microfiber and mesh with Carbitex medial support panel for a secure fit. BOA® Fit System Li2 dials. The Li2 dial is the most advanced platform in cycling, providing a precise and micro-adjustable fit in both directions and designed to withstand abrasion.
