Single Horse Baucher Bit BR Equitation
Discover our BR Equitation single Baucher bit in solid Cuprigan for gentle pressure distribution and stimulation of chewing and salivation.
Sold and shipped by Sport & Go
This high quality Baucher single bit, with ringed upward pointing prongs and leverage, is made of solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy of 89% copper, 7% aluminium, 3% iron and 1% zinc. The material's oxidation process spreads a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle, even pressure distribution. The combination of Cuprigan's design and unique composition help stimulate chewing and salivation, resulting in a delicate bond with the horse's sensitive mouth. The upward-pointing temples with a ring are turned slightly outwards, ensuring optimum freedom for the horse's head. The canon bit is 12 mm thick and the shanks are 110 mm long. A Baucher bit has ascending legs with a ring for attachment to the uprights. Unlike autres snaffles, this bit has a little leverage and exerts pressure behind the ears. The bit is ideal for sensitive horses.
