Designed for speed and performance that mountaineers need, the Volata 2Vi® Mips Race helmet wraps your head in confidence for optimal focus. Our 2Vi® helmet technology platform has raised the racing helmet to new heights in safety and comfort, without compromise. The 2-layer Mips protects against rotational forces to reduce the risk of concussion in the event of an impact. The revised EPS in the helmet absorbs shocks, with particular attention paid to the design and placement of the key shields for the impacts a racer faces when hitting gates and other obstacles. The variable elasticity offers increased protection to the injected plastic shell of the Volata 2Vi® Mips Race helmet, without adding weight or bulk. Developed with world champion mountaineers on our team, it is the ultimate helmet for those driven by speed and called to push their limits on the mountain. The unstoppable racer. *This model is equipped to accommodate our slalom chin guard, which can be mounted/dismounted safely in a matter of seconds without needing tools.
