The Tunturi SM80 Full Smith home gym has everything you need for a full-body workout! Ideal if you want to exercise at home, but also an excellent, complete piece of equipment for the gym or rehabilitation centre.
The benefits of the Tunturi SM80 - Full Smith - Home Gym ✓ Compact piece of equipment for a full-body workout ✓ Different exercises are possible thanks to the pulleys, press, and chinning bar ✓ Includes barbell supports to secure barbells and weights ✓ Space to store weight plates
Compact and complete piece of training equipment The Home gym has two high pulleys and one low pulley. All pulleys move independently of each other and you can attach various accessories to them. This makes it possible to exercise your arm and leg muscles in different ways. The home gym also has a chinning bar, a press and barbell supports. The chinning bar or pull-up bar is ideal for pull-ups. Various hand positions are possible, thanks to the wide grip. With the press, for example, you can do horizontal butterflies. The press and weight bench are equipped with a sturdy foam filling and a vinyl exterior. This gives your arms optimal protection and ensures a comfortable sitting position.
For the sake of safety and to avoid overstraining yourself, you can attach the weights to the barbell supports at any time. The home gym is suitable for Olympic and regular weightlifting bars. On the sides, the frame provides space to store different weight plates.
Treat yourself to a full-body workout and order this compact multifunctional piece of training equipment from the Tunturi brand.
