The Gymstick Speed Rope Pro is a jump rope for good performance. This durable jump rope has a perfectly weighted steel cable as rope and non-slip ergonomic handles. The 'spin' is consistent and smooth.

Usage This sports jump rope is easy to adjust up to a maximum of 300 cm using the screws located at the end of the handle. You do not need any tools for this. Set the jump rope to the correct length by standing on the rope with one foot and pulling the handles up to the shoulders. Make sure the handle does not come above your shoulders.
