The TX Intensity Spod & Marker is the ultimate long-range fishing rod for Spod and Marker. Built with exclusive Shimano carbon technology and a proven Intensity long-range casting action, these models are the perfect complement to the TX-Ultra carp rods. The TX Intensity Spod & Marker is the ideal rod if you do a lot of long-range fishing. This lightweight yet incredibly strong blank features Shimano's unique Intensity action, capable of throwing spods with high payloads over incredible distances, and with unbeatable accuracy, thanks to the Spiral X Core carbon construction. For marking float use, the lightweight blank offers exceptional feel right in your hands for precise underwater feature spotting and for accurate depth spotting, there are depth marker windings every 12 inches on the heel section.Built from Shimano 's finest Spiral X Core rod blank technology, the TX Intensity Spod & Marker is regarded as the finest spod rod ever built, and in the hands of experienced casters its performance is simply astonishingly exceptional. The immensely powerful rapide action benefits from reduced blank twisting and ovalization under pressure, resulting in enhanced accuracy, especially at very long distances. High-quality, tangle-free Kigan 3D Zircona rings reduce friction and the custom-designed CI4+ reel seat locks the reel to the rod to create a complete, one-piece, motionless unit. You can choose between two models to suit your preferences - 12ft and 13ft. Both feature a 5lb Intensity test curve and guarantee optimum power when casting long distances.
The advanced construction of the Spiral X Core blank eliminates twisting and ovality for extremely powerful and accurate casts.
