Construction and Materials The Beal Contract rope is made of polyamide with a core/sheathe construction (61/39) that ensures excellent wear resistance and prolonged durability. Its 10.5 mm diameter and structure make it suitable for professional and technical uses.
Mechanical Performance This rope offers a break strength of 2700 daN (27 kN) and 1600 daN in figure-8, with more than 5 falls (factor 1) and an impact force of 5.5 kN, meeting safety requirements for height work and industrial activities.
Static Behavior With an elongation of only 2.9% and Type A classification (static), the Beal Contract limits play and deformation under load, making it ideal for rope work, rappelling, and safe access systems.
Dimensions and Uses Available in 30 m and other lengths, this 10.5 mm rope is suitable for height work, difficult access, abseiling, and top-roping on abrasive rocks. Weight: 66 g/m (approximately 2.1 kg for 30 m).
