Sveltus 32 cm Blue Inflatable Balance Disc
Sveltus 32 cm blue balance disc, inflatable, with textured stimulating surface to improve balance, proprioception and blood circulation.
Sold and shipped by Fitagon GmbH
The Sveltus balance disc is made from a durable, flexible material that provides a non-slip, long-lasting surface. The inflatable design allows adjustment of firmness and the level of instability for progressive exercises.
Thanks to the instability created by the cushion, this balance plate increases recruitment of the stabilising muscles, improves coordination and optimises toning and proprioceptive rehabilitation sessions.
The textured side with stimulating spikes activates the foot reflex zones and helps to stimulate blood circulation, offering an additional benefit during standing or balance exercises.
Suitable for men and women, this disc is versatile: balance exercises, strengthening ankles and legs, rehabilitation and integration into fitness or Pilates sessions.
With a diameter of 32 cm, a height of 7 cm and a weight of 1 kg, it is easy to store and carry. Inflate with a needle pump (not included); surface is washable for simple, hygienic care.
