The Armor insert is placed between the inner tube and the tyre to provide an almost complete protective barrier around the tube. It effectively prevents punctures from sharp objects and rim pinches, allowing lower pressures without compromising safety.
With 15 mm of protection under the tread and reinforcement on the sidewalls, the insert ensures better lateral support of the shoulder in corners, increasing grip and rider confidence across varied terrain.
Armor improves comfort by increasing vibration absorption and reducing rolling noise. It enables a smoother ride, especially at pressures below 2 atm, without the risk of pinching the tube.
Designed for a lifespan of approximately 7,000 km, the insert decreases the frequency of repairs and maintenance related to punctures, while offering a reliable alternative to run-flat systems or latex-based solutions.
