The band is made from latex, providing elasticity and durability. The roll format allows cutting custom lengths without waste, and the 12.5 cm width provides a comfortable surface for strengthening and mobility exercises.
The surface is coated with talc/powder: it is recommended to powder regularly (baby powder is ideal) to maintain slipperiness, prevent the band from sticking and optimise longevity. Clean and store flat without stretching.
Suitable for bodybuilding, cardio training, cross-training and other strength sessions. The roll can be cut into multiple bands to equip groups or create varied resistances according to level.
Easily cut the band with standard scissors by laying it flat and without stretching. You can obtain as many different lengths as needed to adapt exercises and resistance levels.
The band is offered in colours corresponding to different resistance levels, making it easy to quickly select the appropriate resistance for each user or exercise.
