The TOGU Hand Trainer Plus from the «Noppenball lang» sports ball series is a deep muscle trainer for strengthening the fingers, hand and forearm muscles. Made from high-quality Ruton (dimensions: 11 cm x 5 cm, weight: 250 g) and manufactured in Germany. The Senso nodules stimulate body awareness, while the ergonomic shape simplifies use. It promotes blood circulation and can help against cold hands. It can also be used as a self- and partner massage tool during rolling exercises. Its low weight and compact size make it an ideal training companion for travel. UV-resistant and conditionally heat-resistant up to 45 °C, as well as cold-resistant down to -10 °C.
