The Toko Race Ultimate Set is the complete kit for race service at home: a digital waxing iron with precise temperature settings for every type of wax, the Ski Vise World Cup as a clamp, three high-performance waxes for warm, universal, and cold conditions, three oval brushes for the finish, and the complete set of edge tools—from the sidewall plane to the side and base angle tools to the file. The small parts are stored in the “ Ramser ” Wax Box Pro. Everything is perfectly coordinated, assembled by our ski service team, and offered at a set price.
Toko Race Ultimate Set: Race-Level Waxing and Edge Grinding
If you race or want to prepare your skis like a race service does, you need two things: wax suited to the snow temperature and clean edges with a precise angle. For waxing, you’ll need the digital iron, the three high-performance waxes, and the brush sequence: copper, nylon, and horsehair. The fluorine-free high-performance waxes are the race line from Toko:: Warm for 0 to -6 degrees, Universal for -2 to -12 degrees, and Cold for -10 to -30 degrees. For the edges, the Sidewall Planer World Cup is used for planing the sidewalls, the Multi Base Angle for setting the base angle, the Side Angle World Cup 88 degrees for the side edge, the 200 mm World Cup file, the clamp, and the rubber for deburring. The Ski Vise World Cup secures skis and snowboards in place.
Here’s what’s included
Place the ski in the vise and secure the binding with the stopper strap. Start with the edges: expose the sidewall with the sidewall planer; set the side edge to 88 degrees using the side angle tool and a file; set the base edge with the Multi Base Angle; and remove the burr with the rubber scraper. Then the base: clean it with Racing Wax Remover, apply wax suitable for the snow temperature using the iron, let it cool, scrape it off with the Plexi blade, and brush it out in the order of copper, nylon, and horsehair.
Intended Use
For racers, ski clubs, parents of young skiers, and anyone who wants to prepare their own skis and snowboards to race standards. If you only want to wax, the Toko Performance Set is a more affordable option.
