This high-quality professional fitness machine provides a safe and controlled workout, allowing you to develop both maximum strength and explosive power – without the limitations of a fixed weight stack. Thanks to the plate-loaded resistance system, you have full control over the training intensity and can easily adapt your workout to your personal fitness level and goals. Whether in your home gym or a professional fitness facility, this glute trainer delivers exceptional stability, durability, and maximum effectiveness.
The Hip Thrust, also known as a glute bridge or hip drive, is one of the most effective exercises for strengthening the glutes, supported by the hamstrings and lower back.
Train with Olympic weight plates (50 mm) and adjust the resistance up to 300 kg, allowing unlimited progression and continuous muscle growth.
The 2.5 mm thick steel frame combined with ergonomic padding ensures maximum safety, comfort, and long-lasting durability.
Enjoy a wide padded support surface and an adjustable footplate, enabling you to train comfortably and effectively in the optimal position.
This machine helps you not only build muscle mass but also improve explosiveness, speed, and overall athletic performance.
The Hip Thrust focuses entirely on strengthening and shaping the glutes. The controlled movement pattern ensures optimal muscle activation while reducing strain on the lower back.
The Platinum Hip Thrust is specifically designed for professional gym use, featuring a durable steel frame, long-lasting PU padding, and an adjustable footplate for ergonomic training. With a load capacity of up to 200 kg, it provides exceptional stability even under heavy use. This makes it the perfect choice for gyms, personal trainers, hotels, and physiotherapists who value premium quality, durability, and versatile applications.
