The Salewa Agner Softshell Jacket is a Durastretch jacket built for spring, summer, and fall climbing when you need windproof waterproofing in an active fit and durable, full-featured stretch fabric. Designed with a free-motion pattern—a cut that prevents lift when raising your arms overhead for high, stretchy movements—the Agner offers unrestricted freedom of movement. The fitted hood and integrated collar fit perfectly under a helmet, while elastic cuffs ensure a snug fit. As you'd expect, the clean, sporty design works well under a harness. Made from durable, rock-resistant Durastretch, a stretchy softshell fabric with added elastane that provides good breathability and moisture management for warm approaches and long, multi-pitch routes, so you can move fast and light. It's also made from recycled nylon and has a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish, part of our commitment to creating more viable products. Two large, zippered hand pockets are positioned high enough to remain accessible while wearing a belt or harness—and can accommodate even the largest map. There's also a small zippered patch pocket on the sleeve.
