Zerod Swimrun Extra Boost Pull Buoy The Swimrun Extra Boost pull buoy is larger and longer than a standard model to maximize buoyancy and compensate for the loss of floatation caused by running shoes in the water. When combined with neoprene shin sleeves, it significantly improves body position, allowing swimmers to focus entirely on arm technique. Designed mainly for beginner swimrunners, it provides maximum buoyancy support to build confidence and efficiency in the water. Its adjustable elastic cords ensure a secure fit throughout the race and allow quick transitions between running (worn on the outer thigh) and swimming (positioned between the legs).
