Accessories to vary your weight training workouts
To turn your space into a proper gym, start by adding the 20 kg dumbbell set to add variety to your workouts. To go further, two rack options are available depending on the layout of your space. The wall-mounted model is perfect for a garage. Benefits: it takes less than 1 minute to fold up and only takes up 12 cm of space. You could also opt for the rack on castors, which is easy to store when folded away.
How to look after your weights bench
After each session, simply wipe your bench down with a damp cloth. Why? Sweat is acidic and can damage the coating over time. A simple gesture that preserves your equipment! We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or using a towel during your exercises to protect the bench. With these little touches, your bench will support you every step of the way!
